Testimonials

“Dawn’s yoga retreat was my first time going to any yoga retreat, and I didn’t know what to expect. It was an incredible experience that allowed me to make connections with nature, people, and myself. Dawn’s program gave me an opportunity to process beyond our yoga practice, so I moved purposely throughout the day and experienced Costa Rica in a more thoughtful and present way. It was an honor and a blessing to join Dawn’s retreat, and I already promised myself that I’d join her for more retreats”. ~Molly

“I’ve never had such a feeling of unity with a group of complete strangers. There were moments when I felt like Kate could read my mind and feel the emotions that were coming up for me. This experience was so powerful for me. Even now I’m still digesting and contemplating and putting into practice all that I gained.” ~Jill

“Costa Rica is both a gentle and powerful land. The atmosphere there supported me to look within in a loving way, and the slow pace allowed for clarity in that process. Normally I live in the city, so the contrast of being in the rainforest felt incredibly life giving and renewing to my senses and soul. Every morning, it was the sounds of monkeys and birds that woke me up as the jungle came alive for the day and I felt connected in a way that, I’ll admit, I sometimes try to manufacture through technology.” ~Dawn
