Leave your worries, your stresses, your “to-do” lists behind. Immerse yourself in nature, yoga, and all things good for your body, mind, and soul. Each day you will be greeted with a daily meditation and discussion followed by a 90-minute heated power yoga class. From there you can take time to enjoy hiking through lush rainforests, splash around in the most beautiful waterfalls, or simply relax at the resort spa and soak in the beauty that surrounds you. We will enjoy an evening restorative practice each night followed by dinner together in celebration of each day’s adventures.

This retreat will offer a daily guided meditation practice followed by a Baptiste Power Yoga class. The group will also share in discussion each morning as we move into living a more full and intentional life. Afternoons will be “open play” for spa treatments, hikes, or quiet time with a good book–up to the participant. We will close the evening with a community dinner and a restorative yoga practice.
The retreat will be deeply rooted in Baptiste Methodology, a love for the physical flow of the practice, and a playfulness that leaves body, mind, and soul relaxed, grateful and more clear as we get back into creating the life that we want to lead.

The retreat center is nestled in one of the most beautiful areas of Costa Rica with a commitment to healthy organic biodynamic farming. Every part of this retreat will invigorate your body, relax your mind, and re-center your soul. We look forward to creating an experience of a lifetime with you.

*Families are welcome with the potential for childcare for small children at an extra cost (a $300 fee per child ages 6-12). Caregivers may not speak English. Meditation and yoga practices are for adults 18 and up only.
