Join us for a yoga and music adventure in beautiful Costa Rica! This Vinyasa retreat will combine yoga out in the fresh ocean air and live music/relaxation at night, combined with the amazing adventures of the Costa Rican coast. Enjoy one class of power flow each day and one gentle flow each night, with sun, sand, paddleboarding, and surfing in between*. You can opt in for the beach, or pick a new adventure each day while you soak up the incredible scenery. Your leaders, Sarah and Tomas, will lead classes each day, as well as 2 separate posture clinics during the week, so yogis who want more attention to detail can get an extra 4 hours of alignment, adjustments, and thai yoga massage. The couple are also musicians who will gather everyone for a couple of nights of live music and rhythmic meditation during the week.

The Santa Teresa Boutique Hotel, Spa & Yoga Center is the ultimate getaway to relax, restore and renew! The food is delicious, and the pool and beach are just beautiful. For yogis who love music, this retreat adds an element of song to the week’s retreat. And for yogis who want more detailed instruction on their poses and alignment, the Marshes combined 45 years of yoga teaching experience will inspire you to take your practice to the next level!

This retreat will combine yoga and relaxation, local culture, beach time, and live music!

“Sarah and Tomas bring grace and balance into a chaotic life. Their expertise allows them to produce a flowing dualistic experience.
