New Destination: France!

France

BONJOUR!

Have you ever wanted to go to France? How about rolling out your yoga mat in a beautiful Chateau in the countryside of France?

True Nature Travels is thrilled to announce our new partnership with Chateau de Bardouly in Saint-Aubin-de-Cadelech, France!

We invite you to retreat at Chateau de Bardouly, an elegant 17th-century country estate in Southwest France. The retreat center is meticulously maintained and is the essence of stillness and seclusion. The grounds include a heated swimming pool, hard-surface tennis court, and 100 acres of protected woodlands.

When you are not getting grounded on your mat, you can enjoy a  variety of the French Countryside. Just a few to consider: Sip wines, in the beautiful Bordeaux and Bergerac wine region, best known for their biodynamic viticulture. The Issigeac Sunday Market, found to the southeast of Bergerac in the Perigord Pourpre region, is filled with local produce. Canoe the Dordogne, your host Jean-Claude is a professional canoeing expert whose family has lived in the same spot on the river for generations. Not to mention all the Historic Castles to visit.

We have two wonderful retreats coming up!

Deepen your Ashtanga Yoga practice in the French countryside near Bordeaux, with Sara Jagielski of Joy is My Armour Yoga. The Bandhas and Baguettes retreat is perfect for those with an existing practice or those who have never done Ashtanga and want to begin to develop a practice. You will have the opportunity to practice in both led and Mysore-style classes.
