Testimonials

“I have been practicing yoga with Hilary for 6 years. Her positive energy and encouragement has guided me from being a total beginner to having strength, balance, and flexibility (physically and mentally) that I didn’t think possible. The beginners series really taught me the how’s and, more important, why’s of breathing and basic poses. Yoga/Pilates/conditioning is challenging and fun….if you want to work up a sweat, I recommend this class!!! At the studio, Hilary teaches Slow Flow to students with a wide range of experience and ability in every class. She guides each individual to make the class their own. This has carried over to her online classes as well. Finally, Hilary’s calm and relaxing instruction in Yin and restorative classes are a great way to end the day!!!” -Sherri

“I’m so glad I joined Jaya! Hilary is an engaging, dynamic, and experienced teacher. She explains each position so that her students reap the full benefit. The studio is clean, calming, and spacious. There are classes to fit all schedules. After each class I leave feeling invigorated, elated, and powerful.” -Jessica T.

“For many years I have been a regular yoga practitioner and have had the opportunity to practice with many instructors…Hilary is the most exceptional teacher I have experienced. Hilary’s knowledge, class composition, ability to communicate asanas and energy really set her apart from other instructors. It is also very clear that Hilary never stops working to improve her knowledge and skill with current techniques while honoring the ancient philosophy of yoga. Hilary also presents options and opportunities for everybody to optimize each class with safety in mind. I highly recommend regularly practicing with Hilary!”  -Maurita
