Immerse yourself in paradise, on one of the most beautiful Greek Islands in the Aegean Sea. Step out of your structured day to day schedule and step into an adventure of a lifetime. Regroup, Recharge, Re-Energize, and find Inspiration. Celebrate yourself! Celebrate your life.
This retreat will meet you where you are at on your life’s journey. Lauren expertly teaches the great tradition of yoga to all levels of yoga students; creating a comfortable and safe environment for students to immerse in practice, and enjoy their experience.
Practice, called Sadhana in Sanskrit, is the cornerstone of our experience of yoga. What and how we practice determines what we ultimately gain from this ancient healing system. It can transform your life!
Learn how the ancient healing art of yoga cultivates a purposeful, intentional, and directed life.
Lauren skillfully weaves therapeutic sequencing, anatomically safe alignment, hands on adjustments, soft
healing touch, detailed instruction, laughter, yogic philosophy, and lots of encouragement into a nourishing and supportive environment.
We will begin our days together with an all levels Hatha Flow. Wake up your mind, body, and soul and
open your heart to the present moment.
After a day of exploring the island we will gather again in the evening to wind down and soak in our adventures. Evening practice will be a combination of Gentle Hatha, Deep Stretching, Yin, and Restorative Yoga.
Celebrate Life’s Journey is a retreat designed to leave you feeling completely refreshed, inspired, and empowered to continue to live your life to the fullest.
Every retreat is unique and, as such, the itineraries are ever-changing! We finalize the itineraries about 3-6 weeks before the retreat, but after 10 years of hosting retreats, we do have a general idea of what most schedules look like.
Most retreats include one-to-two daily yoga classes. One class takes place in the morning, either just before or just after breakfast. After the first class and meal, you have free time to explore, relax, or take part in optional add-on activities. Lunch (if included in your retreat) will take place midday, during this free time. There is then, usually, an afternoon class followed by dinner. Occasionally some teachers choose to offer an evening restorative class or group gathering after dinner as well.
In addition, there is usually one dedicated “excursion day” in which we do not have scheduled yoga classes. This is a day for people to take advantage of some of the more involved tour and excursion offerings and is always a lot of fun!
Again, this is a very general look at what your retreat schedule could be. We work closely with the teachers to design unique itineraries that reflect their style and the group that’s traveling with them. Once your specific retreat itinerary is complete, we will send it out via email, usually two or more weeks before the retreat starts. Please keep in mind all retreat itineraries are subject to change.

Lauren Eisenberg Wallace
A 500 hour Experienced Registered Yoga Alliance Instructor & the proud founder and owner of Radiant Yoga, Lauren Eisenberg Wallace brings over 25 years of unbound enthusiasm, experience, and education to her career.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Movement Science with a double major in Biology from the University of Oregon in 1999. In 2002, Lauren earned her Massage Therapy License from the East West School of Healing Arts and has practiced for the past 15 years in the Pacific Northwest.
She continues her extensive studies in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and neuroscience both as a student and as a teacher. Her life’s work is about teaching others the power and potential of healing one’s own body ~ linking to the inner wisdom that guides us all.
From a very young age, Lauren has loved being active. She excelled in sports and became enamored with singing, dancing, and performing. Her love for the outdoors grew tenfold when she moved to the PNW at age 18. Early adulthood was spent hiking, camping, running marathons, lifting weights, swimming & continuing to pursue performing.
The common thread for Lauren was always the connection between mind and body. By her early 20’s, Lauren’s health began to seriously decline. It became a reality that recovery was going to be her daily life and challenge. Throughout all of her health challenges, she never stopped practicing yoga. Whether at the hospital, home in bed or on the mat, she realized that yoga can be practiced anytime, anywhere, in any condition.
Yoga is one of the greatest gifts in her life. She is in awe of how transformative, healing, and life-changing this practice is. Lauren believes that yoga is a sustainable self-care tool that is accessible to all.
Radiant Yoga is an offering from her heart. A heart that is filled with immense gratitude for the love and endless support of her family. Helping others feel better, empowered, and alive is the foundation on which Radiant Yoga is built.
Lauren has enjoyed studying yoga with Tracey Rich & Ganga White, Michael Stone, Max Strom, Denise Payne, & Tiffany Cruikshank. She continues her yoga studies with the many amazing & gifted teachers in her community ~ as well as traveling to study and to experience as much of the great tradition of yoga that she can.
“Lauren Eisenberg Wallace is a phenomenal yoga teacher. With a combination of deep intuition and a profound wealth of knowledge, she understands how to gently coax the body into healing and rejuvenating itself. I have studied with Lauren for several years, and every class with her feels like the first class, where I come away with a new perspective and the bliss of being stretched into complete relaxation. She is able to tailor classes to every skill level and finds the perfect balance between ease and effort, in which you are challenged but only in ways that serve your body, not injure it. Her eye for alignment is like no other yoga teacher; she is not there to contort you but to find that honest edge in which your body opens naturally. She offers wisdom in a down-to-earth, common-sense way; like her yoga teaching, it finds its way gently into your consciousness without pushing. My class with Lauren is a high point of my week; I look forward to it and would not miss it!” – Yoga Student
“Lauren is one of the few yoga teachers, out of the many I’ve met, that truly understands the heart of yoga. I think she is able to communicate yogic philosophy so well with her students because she quite obviously lives it in her daily life. She is especially adept at helping students attain the mental clarity and focus that comes with earnest practice and a bit of expert guidance. Her classes are always enjoyable and at the same time build up heat and make you sweat. I always leave her classes feeling better than before and also more peaceful and happy. A fantastic teacher for yogis of all ages and abilities!” – Yoga Student
