Yoga• Adventure • Service • Connection
Join integrative/functional medicine physician and 500 RYT, Kay Corpus, MD for an inspiring springtime rejuvenating and restorative yoga and wellness retreat at a beachfront eco-conscious resort located on the Nicola Peninsula in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. In addition to local adventures and community service, each day includes two all-level yoga practices (solar and lunar) whereby we will explore each chakra throughout the week with power, play, and mindful transitions to deep rest. Kay loves to teach embodied movement, speaking to subtleties in alignment, breath, and energetic qualities of the asana. Her intention for this retreat is to bring friends and family together in community for connection, adventure, service and authentic expression.
