Next October, join us in the heart of the Sacred Valley in Peru and reconnect with your own sacred energy. Tap into your inner vitality and wisdom and experience the centering and healing power of Kundalini yoga and meditation.

Emerge rested and revitalized.

We’ve designed a retreat that you will never forget. We will practice Kundalini Yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. We will enjoy exquisite, fresh, and organic cuisine. Relax in the Sacred Valley, go on exciting Peruvian adventures, and make friendships that will last for years to come.

Optional activities include excursions to sacred sites, sacred practices, the opportunity to practice karma yoga by giving back to the local community, bodywork, and an optional trip to Machu Picchu after the retreat is finished.

What is Kundalini Yoga? The Kundalini energy is vitality, creativity, and consciousness. Kundalini yoga is called the yoga of awareness. As we practice, this energy becomes awakened within us. Kundalini Yoga combines posture, breath, hand position, sound, and eye focus to produce a powerful experience and a shift in mind, body, and spirit.

  • 7 Nights Accommodations

  • Personal Retreat Time (having time to nap, explore, walk, read, and just be)

The retreat center’s name translates as “love from the ancient forest.” It is nestled in an oasis of native plants and fruit trees, nourished by a magnificent waterfall in the Sacred Valley of Peru. This lovely spot is in the Andes Mountains and home of the twelve mountains known as Apus—“luminous beings.” Those who come to the center have the opportunity to commune directly with these mountains, as well as with the local curanderos and pacos (healers), who engage with us for ritual and Despacho ceremony.

The guests at this center enjoy delicious meals with locally-grown and lovingly-prepared ingredients. Each guest room is a reflection of the Peruvian culture of the Sacred Valley. The entire center embodies kindness, love, and wholeness that seem to permeate the magical place.

Aubrey Zinaich-Howell

Aubrey found Kundalini yoga as a way to calm her mind and her nervous system, providing much-needed relief from the life-long stress of a career in the restaurant industry.

An owner of three restaurants, she is deeply committed to community. She often collaborates with others on projects to help and serve, including the Board of her city’s local Tourism Authority. She is especially proud of forming a group of women business owners that gather for support and inspiration.

As a teacher of Kundalini Yoga, Aubrey enjoys guiding others back to the peace and clarity of their inner self. She emanates compassion and deep listening. Her special joy is leading Sadhana, practiced in the early morning hours of dawn.

Aubrey loves her family, friends, knitting and her 2 rescued dogs. A Buddhist, she has spent extensive time traveling and living abroad and values the vibrancy and diversity of the planet that we call home.
