Have you ever wished to travel to a remote magical location where you could give time, space, and attention just to nurture you?

Join Kelsey Reed of Innercise Yoga in the mindful mecca of the world for a week of absolute bliss in the beautiful Ubud, Bali! Reconnect with yourself and nature through daily yoga, fresh local cuisine, intimate group discussion, and exploration through excursion. This retreat will give you a chance to improve both your physical asana practice as well as your relationship to yourself and the world around you. We will perform rituals throughout our experience to cultivate deep roots with Spirit energy and the beauty of the land.

These boutique accommodations are deeply rooted in barefoot luxury and the joy of wellness lives in these thousand year old ancient rice fields. This venue itself is an epic retreat. Bali is a feast for the senses!

If you are looking for a trip to change your life from the inside out, this is it.

  • 6 nights accommodations
  • 3 meals per day (excluding alcoholic beverages) starting with dinner on the first night and ending with breakfast on the last day
  • One cultural dinner experience.
  • Group Ground Transportation to/from DPS – Denpasar International Airport to Retreat Center
  • Daily yoga practices
  • Personal retreat time (having time to nap, explore, walk, read, and just be)

The retreat will be held at a boutique hotel and yoga retreat oasis located five minutes outside of the village of Ubud, Bali in Indonesia. The center is  dedicated to creating a place of happiness where groups or individuals can come to relax, adventure, deepen their practices, eat great food, play in the sun and get back to being themselves.

Enjoy a chic yet unpretentious mix of modern and traditional Balinese design, nestled between a serene river on one side and ancient rice terraces on the other. All of the staff on their amazing team come from nearby villages, and will make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The open air yoga studio is on the third floor of the main villa with breathtaking views of rice terraces, traditional temples, coconut trees, and the jungle canopy. After yoga, cool off with a dip in the pool or enjoy a massage, facial or full body treatment in our spa.

The fresh, organic food is a highlight for all of our guests. All the produce is organic and comes from the retreat center’s garden or the local market. A delicious blend of Balinese and Western cuisine is served in the open air, bamboo roof dining area, crafted by amazing local chefs. Vegetarian, vegan, and non-vegetarian options are served alongside an amazing array of colorful juices, smoothies, beer, wine and tropical cocktails. Upgrade to Raw meals during the retreat for an additional charge. Juices and other specialty drinks are not included in the retreat package.

Kelsey Reed always felt best when in tune with her body and mind. As a child, she found herself the most connected participating in dance, which she thought would be her profession. After years of being burned out at a young age, Kelsey Reed found yoga in college during her parents’ divorce, personal heartbreak, and family struggles with addiction. It gave her the same sense of connection that dance offered, without the body shaming, judgment, and perfectionism. She quotes “Yoga truly saved my mental health and introduced me to a new way of living and loving myself.”

Since 2009, K.R. has been an avid yoga practitioner and health advocate. In 2012, she received her RYT-200 from Asheville Community Yoga Center and has since earned her E-RYT with over 3500 hours of experience, and is level 1 certified in Trauma-Informed Yoga. Since being certified and earning her degree in Health & Wellness Promotion at the University of North Carolina at Asheville, she has dedicated her life to sharing the practice of yoga to improve mental and physical health and to motivate growth in the Atlanta community.

To this day, Kelsey Reed continues to find ways to grow her practice and help more people. She traveled to India in 2015 to explore yoga in its origins and even hosted international yoga retreats in both Peru and Greece.

Travel Insurance

We cannot emphasize more the importance of travel insurance. As we all know, especially as travelers, “life happens.” Whether it’s family, work, mother nature, or a change of heart, it is important to be prepared in case you need to unexpectedly change your travel plans. Often for less than $150, you can purchase a travel insurance policy and be protected in the event that you need to make a change or need to be covered financially prior to or during your trip.

We have partnered with two insurance companies: Trawick International and CSA Travel Insurance (available for U.S. Residents only).

Read more about our insurance partners and their policies here. We encourage you to research the insurance company and policy that best meets your needs.
