The interiors of the farmhouse are in typical Umbrian style, with terracotta floors and exposed beams and bricks. In their luscious park, surrounded by oaks trees, the swimming pool of natural waters is an amazing privilege. The pool is in the form of a natural pond, surrounded by volcanic boulders, and consists of three basins connected to each other by a system of rocky cascades. Kelli Gabat
After years of anxiety, Kelli found yoga and it helped transform her mind and body. It wasn’t something that happened overnight but a journey that has carried her through switching careers to now being a studio owner. She wanted to share what it did for the mind more than the physical body and has loved opening the doors to what she believes is a very sacred space for all.
Kelli’s teaching style is Vinyasa-based with light humor. She enjoys a good laugh and feels yoga doesn’t have to be serious all the time. Make time to play! Her passion for helping people has always been there but the spark got brighter as she started a Certified Teacher Training program earlier this year. She loves sharing her passion and enjoys seeing the transformation in others.
Kylie Rennekamp
After a lifetime of competitive sports and dance, Kylie’s body became strained and exhausted. Discovering yoga stemmed from a pathway to heal physically, but ultimately turned into a saving grace for both body and mind. At the beginning of her journey, she mainly focused on the physical benefits to the body in order to recover and increase performance in athletics and overall movement. Once she began teacher training, she realized that practicing yoga could move her life deeper than she could have imagined.
Yoga provided a slowed-down balance in life that allowed for freedom, intuition, and creativity. Kylie’s teaching style now reflects this transformation in life. Personally, she enjoys a Hatha/Vinyasa flow that provides an outlet for mental and physical artistry. This style displays the ability to express emotion through active recovery and mental connection through encouraging mindfulness.
