Cultivating Awareness
Helena, Montana Retreat with Aubrey Zinaich

Yoga to Cultivate Awareness presents a multi-limbed approach to practice, using devotion (secular or non-secular), movement to increase energy and vitality, meditation and concentration to help still the chatter of the mind.  The result is a subtle shift in mind, body and spirit.  Yoga presents a framework for self-realization and is a guide to becoming more authentically true to oneself.  During each class, participants will be invited to explore what it means to cultivate more awareness and mindfulness in their daily lives.

Greet the majesty of the Rocky Mountains with a morning āsana practice, followed by breakfast and plenty of time to explore everything that this amazing retreat center has to offer.  Late afternoon practices will explore movement, pranayama, yoga nidra and more.  Classes and practices will be grounded in explorations within the Bhadavad Gītā & the Upaniṣads.

No experience is required for this retreat, beginners to seasoned practitioners are welcome.  No flexibility of the body is necessary, and all instructions are invitations for each person to explore.  All levels of ability are welcome.

Are you a yoga teacher certified through Yoga Alliance? Aubrey will offer 10 hours of Continuing Education credits for teachers who attend this retreat. Contact hours will include: Techniques, Training & Practice + Anatomy & Physiology + Yoga Philosophy & Ethics.
