Gentle Yoga Retreat: Yoga for Health – Not for Show
with Mike Curtis
Join Mike and Lana for a special week in Tuscany with gentle and therapeutic yoga offered daily. Mike and Lana will teach yoga philosophy, relaxation, breathing techniques, and restorative yoga.
Enjoy the Tuscan countryside with beautiful accommodations, healthy food, yoga, and hiking in nature. Mike and Lana are adept at customizing the yoga poses for different needs. Both leaders excel at yoga for the long term–with attention to good body mechanics and moving the body in sustainable ways. This is not yoga for show, but yoga for health. Mike and Lana have extensive training and their teaching style is filled with compassion, knowledge, experience, and a student-focused mentality.

Travel Insurance
We cannot emphasize more the importance of travel insurance. As we all know, especially as travelers, “life happens.” Whether it’s family, work, mother nature, or a change of heart, it is important to be prepared in case you need to unexpectedly change your travel plans. Often for less than $150, you can purchase a travel insurance policy and be protected in the event that you need to make a change or need to be covered financially prior to or during your trip.
We have partnered with Trawick International (available for U.S. Residents only). Read more about their policies here. We encourage you to research the insurance company and policy that best meets your needs.
