Rainforest Medicine: A Podcast with True Nature Leader Farah Nazarali

Mindful walking through temperate and tropical rainforests of the Earth are an incredible away to awaken present-moment awareness, invigorate our pranic (subtle energetic) body, nourish our retinas and pineal glands, soothe our nervous system and remind us of our inter-connectedness with the Earth as a living being. The Japanese call this practice- shinrin yoku or ‘forest bathing’.

Farah Nazarali, founder of Drishti Point Yoga Podcasts joins us next January in leading a Retreat in Costa Rica that will include ocean-bathing, forest-gazing, and yogic practices to tap into our divine, creative powers to live an abundant and purposeful life.

“Nature is abundant and it is our nature to live abundantly; to love generously, to serve selflessly, and to experience the joy and beauty of the natural world,” says Farah who hopes this Retreat will inspire yogis of all levels to deepen their experience of abundance, play and beauty.

Enjoy this podcast that Farah recorded last year about the Enchanted Forests of British Columbia featuring botonist, medical biochemist, author, and forest visionary, Diana Beresford-Kroeger.
