Testimonials
I’m so very glad I was able to go on this Olympic Washington retreat. It was my first trip to Washington. Our accommodations were spectacular our very own house that sat on several acres with a trail that led to a labyrinth. The food was nourishing and delicious. The activities were well planned and Sarah was there every step of the way to offer encouragement and cheerleading. The yoga and meditation were rejuvenating and restorative. I would recommend if you haven’t been on one of her retreats GO! –Velma Susan S
This was a wonderful experience. Well planned with just the right balance of “me time” and adventure. The food was fabulous and accommodations were super cool and comfortable. Sarah clearly put a ton of thought and effort into finding this gem of a place and planning our time. This was my second adventure with Sarah- and I could not have been more pleased. The yoga was great and Sarah is gifted with the ability to give each and every participant her time and attention. She made every person feel heard and valued. I would highly recommend travel with Sarah and look forward to my next adventure! – Hilary W
I had an amazing experience on my yoga retreat in Glacier. The house we stayed in was beautiful, spacious and on a small private lake. I felt so pampered to have healthy delicious meals prepared daily. Sarah led the retreat and did an amazing job. She is a wonderful yoga instructor and guide. She made accommodations for all levels in our group. An all around fantastic getaway. – Rachael M
The Algarve is the southernmost region of Portugal, famous for being blessed with nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine each year. With cool Atlantic waters and an eastern mountain border blocking out hot, dry winds from the north, growing conditions for fresh, flavorful fruits, vegetables, and herbs are excellent. Lagos is known for its wide and endless beaches, Mediterranean climate, safety, and fresh seafood cuisine.
While on your retreat you will also have the opportunity to take part in adventure activities and wonderful excursions. Some of the possible options include:
- Explore the pristine beaches peppered along the coast
- Bike along the cobbled streets of Lagos or down to a local beach
- Surfing
- Scuba diving
- Golfing
- Fishing
- Horseback riding
- And more!
