Sedona Soul Reset Retreat: At the Cusp of the Fall Equinox
Join us in the red rocks of Sedona for a week of restoration, reflection, and renewal. Timed with the Fall Equinox, this retreat is an invitation to pause, realign, and reconnect with your inner rhythm as the seasons shift.
Each day includes a thoughtful blend of:

- Yoga and Mindfulness – Practices to support balance in the body and steadiness in the mind as we transition into a new season.
- Guided Journaling – Structured prompts and quiet reflection to help you notice what is ready to be released and what wants to emerge next.
- Sound Healing – Restorative sessions with Tibetan bowls, chimes, and drums to support nervous system regulation and deep rest.
- Community Connection – Intentional space for conversation, integration, and shared experience with others on a similar path.
- Rest and Exploration – Enjoy pool time, hot tubs, and indoor and outdoor fireplaces on the property. Optional excursions for purchase include hiking among Sedona’s breathtaking trails, Jeep tours, vortex visits, experiencing local culture, and connecting respectfully with the surrounding land.
Set among Sedona’s striking red rock formations and well known vortex sites, this retreat offers a supportive environment for grounding, perspective, and renewal. We will gather in community to reflect on the balance symbolized by the equinox, light and dark, effort and ease, inner and outer life, and explore how that balance can take shape in your daily living.
You will return home clearer, steadier, and inspired, carrying forward the practices, insights, and spaciousness cultivated during our time together.
Retreat tuition includes two meals a day. Breakfast each day, as well as lunch OR dinner depending on the itinerary of the day.
This retreat qualifies for 30 Yoga Alliance continuing education hours (CEUs).
