Join us for our next tropical adventure in gorgeous Soufriere, Dominica! Dominica (Dom-min-EEKA) is often confused with the Dominican Republic. However, it is its own island in the eastern Caribbean Sea and a part of the Lesser Antilles. This beautiful, mountainous island is one of the best-kept secrets in the Caribbean and is home to everything from restorative hot springs, lush rainforests, and stunning waterfalls, to beautiful beaches, botanical gardens, and the volcanically heated, steam-covered Boiling Lake.

We will spend our week together nurturing ourselves through daily soulful yoga and mindfulness practices and experiences, epic adventures and excursions, nourishing gourmet food, and plenty of time to rest, renew, and reflect.  We will have the opportunity to customize a schedule that includes magical experiences like simply enjoying the beauty of our surroundings, engaging with the local culture, hiking to majestic waterfalls, snorkeling in the Champagne Reef, indulging in a variety of spa treatments, and taking dips into the resort’s infinity edge pool.

This retreat is all about taking the time to feed your soul and is the perfect opportunity to connect with yourself and with nature. Whether you are an avid yoga practitioner wanting to take your practice on the road, or you simply are interested in an opportunity to enjoy some much-needed time to nurture yourself and pay attention to your wellness, this retreat is for you!

Travel Insurance

We cannot emphasize more the importance of travel insurance. As we all know, especially as travelers, “life happens.” Whether it’s family, work, mother nature, or a change of heart, it is important to be prepared in case you need to unexpectedly change your travel plans. Often for less than $150, you can purchase a travel insurance policy and be protected in the event that you need to make a change or need to be covered financially prior to or during your trip.

We have partnered with two insurance companies: Trawick International and CSA Travel Insurance (available for U.S. Residents only).

Read more about our insurance partners and their policies here. We encourage you to research the insurance company and policy that best meets your needs.
