“The more I learn about living with cancer, the more I treasure Dr. Robyn’s yoga teaching. Her instruction in yoga has brought me peace in spirit and an understanding of how yoga can help me heal my aging body–without judgment. Having thought myself too uncoordinated to ever do yoga, imagine my surprise to discover that it could work for me. Robyn is my not-so-secret weapon to channel my energy in a healing and joyful path.” — Marge Smith
“The hardest part was taking that first step to join the class. Would I be able to participate in view of my age and physical limitations? The answer to that question was yes as Dr. Tiger was able to adapt yoga to my own personal needs within the class. Yoga seems to promote a level of well-being beyond traditional medicine and regular exercise. It is as if I have found that the final piece of the puzzle to my recovery of both body and mind.” — IJS
