Jamaica 2026: Yoga + Bliss Retreat

You’re invited to join Amy and Tracy on their 7th Yoga+Bliss retreat together…and this time they’re heading back to the beautiful Jamaica! During this retreat, attendees will explore yoga through daily practices, while opening their hearts to the tropical beauty of the center just outside of Montego Bay in Trelawny, Jamaica. The retreat center is located on 2000 acres of a beautiful, tropical countryside surrounded by breathtaking hillside views, coconut and citrus groves, and many trails to explore by foot or horse. A working dude ranch thrives on the property, along with pottery and painting studios to spark creativity! The beautiful water of the Caribbean Sea is just a few minutes away via a private shuttle ride to a private beach with a beach prepared especially for Amy & Tracy’s group! Participants will stay in a GORGEOUS historic home, which has been renovated in bohemian perfection. Each room features a private bathroom, air-conditioning, and very peaceful vibes. Three unique and DELICIOUS meals a day are included with this retreat, and will be served family-style in an outdoor veranda surrounded by tropical beauty in all directions or indoors in a beautiful antique dining room. Food for meals is sourced from local fishermen and neighboring farms!

All yoga classes will be flow-based and geared to all levels of practitioners, with modifications offered. Beginners are very welcome! Throughout the week, all yogis will work to unveil the most vibrant and blissful versions of themselves through the practice of yoga AND the natural tropical beauty of the surrounding land.

Daily Life in Paradise:

Rise with the sun or sleep in…choices, choices!  Each morning, two yoga classes will be offered in the open-air, on-site yoga studio– one at 8 A.M. and one at 10 A.M. Come to one, both, or neither – attendance is optional for all classes. After morning yoga and breakfast, free time will be enjoyed to explore the land or relax. Lunch and dinner will be offered daily at Good Hope; however, all are welcome to explore the food in the surrounding areas. Special ceremonies and yoga practices will be offered during a few nights of the retreat, while free time will be on the schedule during other evenings. The flow of this retreat will be organic and subject to shift and change.

Amy and Tracy look forward to providing an opportunity for participants to experience joy, freedom, and abundance without the distractions of everyday life. This escape to paradise will leave everyone feeling energized, empowered, and renewed! Join them to embark on this adventure of a lifetime! There’s a spot reserved just for YOU.

Amy Hogan

Amy began practicing yoga in 2001 in Charleston, SC, initially seeking relief from corporate stress. Over time, yoga became more than just a practice—it inspired a deep commitment to a healthy, conscious lifestyle. After relocating to Austin in 2011, Amy left the corporate world to pursue a passion for wellness, earning an E-RYT 200 certification at Yoga Yoga in Austin and founding Total Balance Yoga, which brought yoga to local businesses.

Amy’s teaching journey deepened through advanced training with international teachers Sadie Nardini and Amy Ippoliti, accumulating over 500 hours of study focused on alignment, core strength, and heart-centered practice. Amy Ippoliti’s mentorship continues to inspire and shape Amy’s approach.

In 2015, Amy opened Studio Mantra Yoga and Massage Studio, serving Northwest Austin for five years before evolving into Mantra Yoga Collective in 2020, offering livestream and outdoor classes to keep the community connected through the pandemic and beyond. In 2024, the Mantra  community evolved into Retreat Yoga + Soulful Fitness in Northwest Austin…where it continues to thrive today, led by Amy and her business partner/yoga sister, Tracy Liberman

Amy’s classes are challenging yet playful, motivating yet mindful, and always theme-based to help students understand and apply ancient yoga wisdom to modern life. Amy enjoys curating diverse music playlists, from DJ Drez to Willie Nelson, as music inspires her practice and her life! Her goal is to create a welcoming space for students of all levels and abilities, fostering growth and connection. And Amy LOVES hosting women’s retreats with Tracy in beautiful destinations worldwide, sharing the transformative power of yoga beyond the studio!

Tracy Liberman

A mountain girl at heart turned proud Texan, Tracy began her journey in the fitness world in 1997 as the director of a children’s gymnastics center. In 2001, she moved into a program directing role at a local Pilates studio. What started as a few daily yoga classes quickly turned into a life-changing passion. Tracy promptly shifted her focus and began formal yoga teacher training. Shortly thereafter, she earned her Hatha certification through Yoga Yoga Teacher Training in Austin, Texas, and became a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through the Yoga Alliance.

After teaching for a time and becoming a mother, Tracy naturally gravitated toward prenatal and postnatal yoga. She completed both trainings with Leslie Lytle in 2005, deepening her understanding of how yoga can support women through every stage of motherhood.

As her teaching evolved, Tracy fell in love with the expressive, dynamic nature of vinyasa flow. She began integrating this fluid style into all her classes—from power flow to slow flow, and especially in her prenatal and postnatal offerings. Vinyasa became her signature method, combining breath, movement, and rhythm in a way that inspires strength and ease.

A lifelong student at heart, Tracy continues to attend workshops and trainings whenever she can. She believes the most beautiful part of yoga is that “there is no perfecting it—there is always something new to discover in every breath.”

Her teaching style is fun-loving and intuitive, with a strong emphasis on rhythm and flow. She draws inspiration from luminaries such as B.K.S. Iyengar, Shiva Rea, Ana Forrest, and Kathryn Budig. Each class is thoughtfully crafted and adapted to meet the energy and needs of her students—who inspire her every time she steps on her mat.

You’ll often find Tracy’s classes set to an eclectic playlist—think Yaz, Krishna Das, Toto, and the Dixie Chicks all in one class. Tracy is beyond excited to reunite with her dear friend and colleague, Amy Hogan, for this unforgettable retreat in paradise. She can’t wait to share her mat and her heart with you all.

Travel Insurance

We cannot emphasize more the importance of travel insurance. As we all know, especially as travelers, “life happens.” Whether it’s family, work, mother nature, or a change of heart, it is important to be prepared in case you need to unexpectedly change your travel plans. Often for less than $150, you can purchase a travel insurance policy and be protected in the event that you need to make a change or need to be covered financially prior to or during your trip.

We have partnered with Trawick International (available for U.S. Residents only). Read more about their policies here. We encourage you to research the insurance company and policy that best meets your needs.
