We are pleased to announce that the beloved contemplative summer retreat with Rabbi Batsheva Meiri and Joshua Canter (True Nature Founder/Director) is back! August 6-8, 2021.

This year the theme will be Healing the Spirit: A Shabbat Retreat in the mountains of North Carolina.  For thousands of years, Jews have taken space from their regular lives and weeks to celebrate shabbat on retreat. During this special weekend, we will weave together ritual, meditation, music, and celebration; healing our hearts as individuals and also reconnecting as a community.

The retreat will take place at the beautiful Bend of Ivy Lodge. Nestled on 63 acres of land in a secluded valley not far from Asheville, NC, Bend of Ivy is a special and inspiring space that has been hosting retreats for many years.
